Continued heavy investment into brand building is of utmost importance to www.PropertyGuru.com.sg. That's why Singapore's leading property portal has appointed Grid Advertising, a Singapore-based agency to handle its media campaign for the rest of 2010.
Known for the strength of its creative work, Grid will bring into focus the concept of “the guru” through print and outdoor media campaigns in a bid to extend the reach and multiply the impact of PropertyGuru's marketing and branding strategies.
PropertyGuru’s traffic and revenue has grown over 30% since the start of the year and recent third party statistics from Hitwise showed that the site has increased its lead as the Number One property site. The media campaign follows from last year’s successful “Fastest Way To Find A Home” outdoor advertising campaign, and are part of ongoing investments by PropertyGuru to continue its expansion. Recently, the company tied up with automobile site sgCarMart.com and appointed two senior level executives.
