PropertyGuru Group deepens technology leadership with hire of eCommerce veteran as CTO

SINGAPORE, 6 December 2017 - PropertyGuru Group, ("PropertyGuru" or the "Group"), Asia's leading online property company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Manav Kamboj as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Manav brings to PropertyGuru extensive experience in the eCommerce, mobile, finance technology and software sectors, and will be responsible for the Group's technology and engineering functions across offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

Manav leads a regional organisation of over 60 highly-talented engineers, software developers and data scientists who deliver technology solutions to address the ever-changing needs of home seekers, real estate agents and property developers across the region. Manav will partner with the product management team to drive PropertyGuru's industry-leading initiatives in artificial intelligence and augmented reality. His team will also be responsible for further developing the automation, scalability and security capabilities for the Group's platforms and operations.

Prior to joining PropertyGuru, Manav served as vice president and head of buyer product and technology at Snapdeal, one of the largest eCommerce players in India. Manav also co-founded and was the CEO of LetsGoMo Labs (short for Let's Go Mobile), a leading mobile app development studio with operations in India and the United States. He grew the start-up to a hundred-strong team of specialists, enabling them to deliver best-in-class mobile experiences for some of the top ecommerce and consumer internet companies in India.
