SINGAPORE, 9 April 2013 – PropertyGuru Group, Asia’s market leader for online property search, is pleased to announce its very first India-focused real estate exhibition in partnership with PropTiger.com on 13-14th April 2013.
PropertyGuru’s India Property Show will bring together 17 of India’s premier real estate developers showcasing the finest collection of luxury developments across several property investment hot-spots in India including Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Gurgaon.
The Event taps into the growing market of non-residents and overseas Indian citizens living and working in Singapore who are setting their sights on acquiring properties as a long-term investment or residence for their families back home.
This is further supported by the fact that India properties are seen to show a lot of promise in terms of high capital appreciation of up to 15% per annum, especially for property developments in designated growth corridors marked for expansion such as Navi Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, localities such as Hebbal and KR Puram in Bangalore as well as the Pallikarnai and Medavakkam districts in Chennai.
