hi i just got my loan approved roughly aroun 110k. i am looking for a 4 room flat in jurong woodland or yishun. i have calculated i have total 180k with my cpf grand and loan. and i can come out cash around 20k. can any one help to find me flat. not renovated is also not a problem.thank u...

Hi,

If I get your info correctly, loan + cpf is $180k and cash is $20k. With this amount, it is not possible to buy a 4rm flat in the areas you mentioned.
