Hi Eileen,
Unless you are willing to pay substantial premium to cover the current owners on the Seller Stamp Duty incurred as well as all administrative fees for termination of loans and etc., I seriously doubt that you have any units for considerations. I am interested to know why are you considering this project since there are various other projects as well as upcoming launches.
