How much do these rents cost per month? I want to live alone and am finding my options that would be best suitable.
- a one bedroom apartment (a bedroom with a kitchen and a toilet, preferably a living room and balcony)
- a studio (bedroom with kitchen and a toilet and a balcony)
Do the rents differ vastly by areas? If so, what are the cheapest/most affordable areas that are good to live at? And what would be the rents for those regions?

Also, do those that are furnished come at a vastly greater price than those that are partially furnished?

Areas that are cheapest may not suit your requirement, e.g. areas that are cheapest may be far from your workplace/school, etc.
Areas that are cheapest could be in the far north or far west of Singapore. Will that be suitable for you?
