More About Alex Ho:

Alex Ho started investing in real estate with the intention to create an additional source of passive income so as to eventually provide a better living for his family and himself.

Prior to his real estate journey, he was working in a highly sought-after position as a Managing Director in the corporate world which provides him with a very stable income every single month. However, with the endless uncertainties in the corporate world in which it offers, it doesn’t provide him the freedom that he seeks to have. Therefore, real estate has always been at the back of his mind prior to making the huge transition.

Within a short period of time, his first two property investments sprout forth good investment returns as they made him some good handsome profits. That was when he got into his third, fourth, and eventually fifth property purchases. The rest is history.

As expected, new challenges arose eventually in his corporate job in which he was given a new role in the Asia-Pacific region which he has to travel extensively. With the extensive traveling together with a new position that he would have to uphold, he does not have the freedom and the time to spend time with his loved ones or even do the things that he is truly passionate about. Hence, this was then that he started to think seriously about his next career move.

At this period of time, the properties that he purchased were reaping great investment returns. After much careful consideration, he decided to make a huge transition to the real estate industry.

There were a few of his peers who questioned his decision and even made comments which give the impression that they look down on people who are in the real estate profession. However, that did not stop him from carrying out his mission.

As a firm believer in being a real estate consultant, it is a very important profession in his opinion, as the people in this profession are dealing with people's roofs over their heads, their homes, and as well as their families.
