I am a realtor with Sgcondo Pte Ltd. I specialize in the sale of houses in the CBD area.
I have been selling real estate properties for close to 10 years now. Since then, I have completed over 200 transactions in the CBD area; overseeing lease and sale agreements that are over $20 million , as of 2018.
By leveraging my personal experience in renting out and managing close to 150 rental units in the Clift area, I couple my personal experience with market research, giving me an edge in market analysis and trends. Away from real estate, I enjoy golf because in a golf game I am forced focus on the task at hand, I also love to do Muay Thai too because it pushes me to the limits because similar to selling houses, it pushes me to the limits to break my previous record.
