Real Estate allows me to work while being a caregiver to my daughter who has intestinal failure. She was hospitalised for more than 60% of 2022. I chose a career in real estate because it offered the flexibility to manage both personal and work matters efficiently. I always wanted to be able to contribute financially to my family, but given our situation, not many corporate organisations can accommodate the long-term commitment I need to fulfil for my daughter who is the second intestine transplant patient in Singapore.
