Background
I am a full time real estate salesperson (ie property agent)

I graduated in the year 1996 with a Diploma In Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and started working full tme while taking ACCA part time. In 1999, I graduated from the ACCA program and started work with a Big 4 Accounting Firm - Ernst & Young. From there, I rose through the ranks annually and I left as an Associate Director, managing a team of about 15 people.

Throughout my career, I have also done recruitment sales in a UK MNC and subsequently set up my own business consultancy firm.

My switch to real estate arose from my own search for property for myself in 2012. I realised there are many opportunities in real estate and many people attained their wealth from buying, selling and investing in real estate. In good times or bad times, there will be people buying, selling, renting their property and the real estate market is so dynamic. I decided to give up my full time job to join real estate as a full time agent.

I enjoy speaking to my clients to understand their needs and wants, before advising on the next step. I do not believe in selling for the sake of selling. There must be a purpose and objective and a strategy in place to execute when the time is right. Many of my clients are also on a savings plan program through property investment and they are enjoying healthy returns. When my clients are happy, I am happy :)
