About Ken

We enlisted the services of several agents to facilitate the leasing of our landed property in CCK, Ken Ng, in particular, successfully identified a prospective and reputable beauty salon tenant through a process of meticulous negotiation and refinement involving all stakeholders. The agreement was ultimately formalized in mid-October 2023.
