About Lee

Min stumbled into the real estate industry in year 2009 by chance. The experience of assisting her foreign friend to source for a property in Singapore, coordinating the viewings and following up till the transaction has been successfully completed, unleashed her passion in real estate and she decided to take up the examinations to be a qualified and certified Real Estate Salesperson.

With more than 10 years of sales and marketing career in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and exhibitions) and Media (Online and Print) industry, she decided to give up her full time job and plunged in to this challenging but yet rewarding industry on a full time basis in year 2011. This definitely allows her to focus and gives undivided attention to all her clients to her very best!

She services her clients guided by very strong values and principles to provide the following services:

1) Property Consultation - Updates of local market trends, competitive and comparison analysis of the properties. This ensures that the buyer whom she is representing gets the best value of the property deals or the seller whom she is representing sells off the property at the right market value at the fastest.

2) Making sure that her client’s interest is not compromised at all times.

3) Guiding the clients through the process of both selling and buying a property.

4) Marketing - Assist clients to market their property at the right market value and at the right time and at the right place. This includes marketing strategy in various media and marketing platforms.

5) Present clients with the best deals on properties while meeting the specific needs of clients.

6) Prepare all documentations for purchasing, selling and renting of properties.

7) Negotiate and serves as a mediator between buyers and sellers.

Despite all the challenges, the rewarding part comes when :

 She is able to fulfill the needs of her clients to get their ideal dream house,

 She is able to ensure a healthy capital gain for her clients who have trusted her with their million dollar property,

 Ensuring and protecting the interest of her clients.
