Leslie Chan has been in real estate since 2005. He is an Associate Division Director in PropNex, and has close to 10 years of experience serving homeowners and investors in residential, retail and commercial properties both locally and overseas.
Background
Having lost the opportunity to continue his studies at the tender age of 10 due to family difficulties, Leslie has made sure never to lose another opportunity again. In realising that his strength lies in creating strong relationships with his customers and clients, he joined the real estate industry in 2005 and worked on building his business from scratch.
Apart from real estate, Leslie is also the owner of a first and largest chain of baby spas – “Hippopo Baby Spa & Wellness” – across the Causeway in Malaysia. The concept is the first of its kind in Malaysia, and its success has been another testament to Leslie’s business sense.
Experience
Having gone through the school of hard knocks, Leslie’s calm countenance belies his strength, his determination, and the will to succeed.
“I burnt all my bridges,” Leslie says, and he focused solely on making his name and fortune in real estate, working 24/7 to ensure that his business succeeds. And when his business grew to an apex, he moved over to the Powerful Negotiators to break through to the next level of success.

Focus
Working from the basics, Leslie began his career working on residential properties in the North, where he once called home. Today, Leslie calls the East Coast and Marine Parade his backyard, and is thoroughly familiar with HDBs and private properties in the area. The district forms his main geographical target area, but Leslie also serves homeowners and investors looking for condominiums and apartments overseas, as well as commercial and retail properties in Singapore.
