About Raymond

Raymond has been in the real estate business for more than two decades and as an alumnus of Knight Frank, co-founder of Halcyon Real Estate, JLL and List Sotheby's International Realty, he is a specialist in residential project leasing, ad-hoc sales and leasing for both individual and corporate landlords & owners as well as commercial space leasing.

Raymond’s residential leasing portfolio with developers and institutional landlords includes developments at Sentosa Cove - 10 luxury villas at Pearl Island, Cape Royale - 302 units, Seascape - 110 units & Turquoise - 42 units as well as Tan Chin Tuan Mansion, CityVista Residences, Scotts Square, Hilltops, Paterson Suites, La Suisse I & II, 8 units of good class bungalows at Gallop Gardens, Gallop Court, Eight@18Fort, The Waterside and The Compass @ Chancery. He has previously achieved remarkable results for Great Eastern Life’s portfolio of properties at Holland.GEMS, Newton.GEMS and Gallop Court. Raymond is also proud of his work for the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation’s Tan Chin Tuan Mansion @ 42 Cairnhill Road when it achieved its TOP in 2008.
