From searching for apartments to making the offer (Letter of Intent) and closing the deal, she was always fast, dependable and very professional.

After we chose a very nice and newly renovated apartment, she alerted us to the fact that it may be too noisy for us, a criteria she knows is very important for us, but at that moment we did not realize it. So, she got us within very short notice, the crucial 2nd time viewings for the two apartments we shortlisted. This important viewing enabled us to make the right decision to choose the other apartment, thus avoiding the big mistake of staying 2 years in an apartment that we wont be entirely happy with.

3)I have known Ms Rebecca Lee, Real Estate Agent, for some 2 ½ years, since 2009, during which time I have had several experiences of her professional services acting as an agent and providing me with advice regarding properties. Herewith I detail the different experiences of our professional relationship as follows:

Rebecca facilitated my successful lease of an apartment at Tyrwhitt Road even though there were some significant challenges and problems with my own agent. This tenancy was well managed with Rebecca, the landlords agent, always facilitating excellent communications between me as the tenant and the landlord to ensure a happy business relationship until the end of the 15 month lease.

Rebecca has also assisted my work colleagues in finding accommodation in Singapore and they have all been impressed with her considered attention and service.

Finally when purchasing an apartment Ms Lee showed me many viable options, but unfortunately she did not win the sale, and yet when I began to renovate my purchased apartment she happily provided me with advice on local conditions and helped me find a contractor who has subsequently completed the project within cost and quality expectations.
