We have known Ms Shalene Ng of Hutton’s since 2015 when she facilitated our move to the
apartment we currently occupy on Holland Road in her capacity as the 
Landlord’s representative. She made every effort to ensure that our move-in was 
free of any starting hiccups. No level of detail was too much for her aesthetic and discerning
eye. Shalene went to great lengths to get the best possible outcomes for our tenancy
including, as just one example, her choice of room curtains when she uncannily exactly
anticipated our preference.
She coordinated the renewal of the lease last year most efficiently and has been a
continuing source of steadfast support in arranging for additional fixtures in the apartment as
well as repairs and replacement as and when required. We have come to believe that
Shalene is always ready to help and is just a call away which have gives us a sense of
