Hi, I am Sheila Neo, an Associate Group Director at Propnex Realty Pte Ltd.
Before I become an Property Agent, I started my career as an Apparel Merchandiser after Graduating from LaSalle International Fashion School, Classmate with Artist Ms Fann Wong. Started working day in day out with Labels / Brands such as : Tommy Hilfilger, Polo Ralph Laurant, Pepe Jeans , GAP , Banana Republic, Carter's, Kohl's Departmental Store and many more. Each Season - be it Spring/Summer Or Fall/Winter. I will be engrossed in working with the Buyer in the United States for the meet up in Resorts around their country - in the US. A trip that will last for 1 week was made to LA to collect a Season of orders placed and 3 weeks spent around South East Asia countries like HK, Thailand, Indonesia , Malaysia to place Orders of the season with the Garment Factories.
This corporate world as a Senior Merchandiser heading a Department of Mans/ Women/Kids Team.
Had made me realised that I enjoy interacting with people, understanding and emphasising with all their needs.
After 13 years working as a Fashion Merchandiser / Buyer. Its a Natural progression for me to eventually enter the Property market as an Agent after the birth of my 1st Child, with the newly build family - I was much needed as a New mum and my Job as an Fashion Merchandiser became a difficult task to handle with the Extensive Travelling and Overwhelmed working hours.
In year 2006 I took a no backward change in my Job and onboard the ship to join the Real Estate Industry. Moving on to take and Passed my CEHA exams.
With my accumulated experiences from my time as an Fashion Merchandiser , it has enabled me to achieve numerous awards as a Top producer with my company all these years.
Working with the Right Attitude , with Honestly and Integrity - looking forward to many more years to Serve the NEEDS.
In your property Buying, Selling or Renting - nothing is too difficult for me to handle.
