About Tricia
I graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University and began my career in the field of audit with Price Waterhouse before moving to commercial accounting/finance. I moved up the corporate ladder to reach the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Services in SP Services Ltd, a company with more than 700 staff strength and annual turnover of more than $4b.
I have always been passionate about real estate and have personally invested in properties. I know that my personal experience in property investment and sharp analytical skills honed from my background in accounting and finance will put me in good stead to be a valuable Real Estate Strategist and Adviser.
My philosophy is always to put my clients' interest first and build trust and meaningful relationships with sincerity and integrity. Be it a purchase, sale or rental, my clients can be assured that their dealings will be carried out with utmost professionalism and care in a timely fashion.
