With improving market conditions and continuing positive results in the Singapore market, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) announced key senior appointees for its Singapore business within the Residential Project Sales, Investment and Commercial Leasing and Retail services.
Dr Megan Walters, who has more than 20 years of real estate experience, will officially become the national director of Singapore Investment and Markets Business on 4 January 2010. Dr. Walters was the former head of Cushman and Wakefield Asia Pacific and Asia Pacific Research and Business Analytics Group, where she led and built the group which reported and tracked the real estate trends.
“In response to the increasing sophistication of our clients demands, Megan will be part of the Singapore capital markets and markets business and will advise on the economic backdrop for the region, help our clients make investment decisions and ensure that we are continuously leading the industry in terms of best practices and new thinking,” said JLL’s Managing Director for Singapore and South East Asia, Chris Fossick.
David Neubronner, who joined JLL in October 2009, was appointed as head of Singapore Residential Project Sales. He will be working with Sales Manager Choo Chew Cai, Senior Sales Manager Cynthia Wong, and Marketing Manager James Lam, who have alot of expertise in Singapore’s residential property sales. Mr Neubronner has over 25 years of experience in the industry, especially in executing prime residential assets and formulating sales strategies. He previously worked at Chesterton International, Savills Residential, Jones Lang Wootton and Cluttons London Residential Agency.
Regarding the appointment of Mr. Neubronner, Mr. Fossick stated, “David and his team bring in-depth experience and new ideas on real estate services and thought-leadership that will greatly complement and enhance Jones Lang LaSalle’s quality service delivery to clients. His appointment is in line with our ambition to expand our business into new areas and become a leader in the residential property sales market.”
In line with the positive development output, such as new shopping malls and Integrated Resorts as well as strong capital markets in retail sectors, the JLL leasing team welcomes Jesse Wu as Senior Manager and Lee Siew Ling as Associate Director.
