The Ritz-Carlton Residences Singapore celebrates topping out

22 Dec 2010

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Singapore, the first Ritz-Carlton Residences in Asia, had its symbolic topping out ceremony on Monday to celebrate the structural completion of the 36-storey bespoke residence.

“Today’s celebration marks a significant milestone for Hayden Properties and KOP,” said Leny Suparman, chief executive of KOP Properties.

The development’s efficient progress has been achieved due to the good cooperation between all the participating partners involved in the many aspects of the project, said Ms. Suparman.

Situated at the heart of Singapore’s prime residential district at 65 Cairnhill Road, Ritz-Carlton Residences Singapore sits on about 60,000 sq ft of land, with three sky terraces housing entertainment, extensive fitness and services facilities for residents. The development will comprise two penthouses and 56 apartments, with each unit equipped with designer fittings and appliances and bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

The project will likely be ready for occupation by Q4 2011.
