Minor International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide have announced the launch of The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok, the first St. Regis development in Thailand.

The Residences features 53 exclusive St. Regis branded homes – a first for the country and IndoChina region – ranging between about 320 sq ft and 920 sq ft at prices between THB69 million and THB218 million. These include three- and four- bedroom units, deluxe penthouses and duplex penthouses with private pools.
Exclusive facilities at The Residences include The Astor Residence Lounge, offering 270-degree views of the city’s skyline, a meeting room, a multi-purpose room and a private lounge. Residents will also have exclusive access to a fully-equipped fitness centre featuring a fitness room, luxury facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, separate male and female Jacuzzi and steam room, and private swimming pool. The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok will also feature the famed St. Regis butler service and luxury accommodations for travellers.
Owners will also have access to the comprehensive suite of amenities and services at the adjacent St. Regis Bangkok Hotel, which opened early this year.
