Grand Isle Holdings Ltd has acquired a 20,834.1 sq m land parcel at Segar Road after offering the highest bid of $182 million in a public tender that closed on December 2.
HDB launched the site for sale on October 5 under the confirmed list of the government’s 2H2010 GLS programme.
The land site, which is located next to Segar LRT Station, is proposed for an executive condominium development and could possibly yield up to 570 units. It has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 62,502.3 sq m with a gross plot ratio of 3.0.
Situated in the vicinity of Fajar Shopping Centre, Bukit Panjang Plaza and Greenridge, residents can enjoy shopping, dining as well as entertainment amenities. A wide variety of recreational facilities are also available at Bukit Panjang Park and Bukit Panjang Sports Complex.
