BBR Holdings has won a S$4.9-million contract to undertake the piling works for The Vision condo project located at West Coast Crescent.
The contract was granted by developer Grand Waterfront Development to Singapore Piling and Civil Engineering – a wholly owned subsidiary of BBR.
The ground work for the tallest waterfront residence in Singapore has already started and is likely to be completed by the end of 2010.
It is the third deal that the mainboard-listed company has secured since the start of this year.
Other ongoing building and civil engineering projects of the company include a S$104.2-million contract from HDB to develop seven blocks of HDB flats in Yishun Neighbourhood 4, due for completion in 2012, and a S$189.6-million deal for Phase 3A of the Common Services Tunnel, due for completion in the second half of 2011.
