Property developer Fragrance Group has launched an integrated commercial and residential project along Changi Road.
The project, Suites & Icon @ Changi, is a five-storey freehold integrated building.
The Icon @ Changi is a commercial office tower including 44 retail and office facilities on the first floor and in the basement of the development.
The Suites @ Changi, on the other hand, is a residential development consisting of 44 residential units ranging from studio type to two-bedroom penthouses.
The project also features recreational facilities including children’s playground, a swimming pool, an outdoor fitness area and a barbecue area. Suites & Icon @ Changi, which is close to Eunos MRT Station, is located at the junction of Changi and Still Road.
