With many families returning from holidays as the school vacation comes to an end, many property developers are starting to crank up their launch machinery again. Far East Organization and Frasers Centrepoint started to preview the 99-year leasehold Waterfront Gold condo located along Bedok Reservoir atan average selling price of about $950 psf.
City Developments is also expected to launch 368 Thomson at the former Concorde Residence site within a few weeks. Prices of the 36-storey freehold development are expected to be between $1,300 psf and $1,500 psf. The condominium’s 157 units range from one-bedroom units to penthouses.
Fragrance Group offers a five-storey freehold project along the Changi/Still roads junction up for sale. The project comprises apartments, shop and office units.
The company’s residential component, Suites @ Changi, comprises 44 apartment units which range from studios to one- and two-bedroom penthouses. Unit sizes range between 409 sq ft to 1,152 sq ft and prices start from $576,000.
Prices of office units at Icon @ Changi, the project’s commercial component, start at $492,000. Shop units range from 570 sq ft to 958 sq ft and an 11,765-sq-ft supermarket unit is also included.
Over the Bedok Reservoir, around 150 units or two blocks will be launched this week. The entire project comprises 361 units in five blocks.
