Property developer Frasers Centrepoint’s latest development Waterfront Gold at Bedok Reservoir Road will be up for preview this weekend.
The 99-year leasehold project comprises 361 condo units in five blocks with 15 storeys each and located on a 14,496.40 sq m site area at a plot ratio of 2.5.
The project also features several facilities including the first skypark in a private condo, a gym, a swimming pool, a barbecue pavilion, a playground and tennis courts.
Home buyers can select from one-bedroom units of 581 sq ft to four-bedroom units of 1,647 sq ft as well as penthouses with a maximum area of 3,057 sq ft.
Several developers said that Waterfront Gold will be the first condominium project in the country to feature a skypark. The 8,000-sq-ft park, which is located on the roof of a 15-storey building, will serve as an exercise and observation deck offering views of the reservoir.
Prior to the latest condo, the company launched the 405-unit Waterfront Waves which is fully sold, and the 437-unit Waterfront Key condo project which has sold 309 units as of end-May.
The entire condo series, Bedok Waterfront collection, has been master-planned to maximize access and views of the reservoir. “The masterplan ensures that all units have excellent views, either of the reservoir, pools or the landscape,” said Cheang Kok Kheong, COO of Frasers Centrepoint Homes.
