30 percent take-up rate in phase 2 of Tranquility Park

Phase two of Tranquility Park, which is being developed by UEM Land Berhad, has sold at least 30 percent of its total units.

Tranquility Park is part of the East Ledang development located in Nusajaya, which has 140 residential units – 28 resort bungalows and 112 twin villas.

“About 30 percent of the project has been sold. Most of the buyers are from Singapore as this is an opportunity for Singaporeans to own freehold landed property that is only about 15 to 20 minutes from Singapore,” said Elyas bin Ahmad, UEM Land’s marketing executive.

Sizes of the resort bungalows range from 4,200 sq ft to 5,100 sq ft, with prices starting from RM2 million, while the twin villas, which are available in five types, are priced from RM1 million and comprise a built-up area ranging from 3,600-sq-ft to 3,900-sq-ft.

UEM Land is also planning to launch the Harmony Park in August this year, a project with 64 units of linked-duplexes.
