A hotel site located at Boon Tat Street and Robinson Road has been offered for sale under the Reserve List system.
The land parcel has a site area of 1,863 sq m and can have a maximum gross floor area of 7,450 sq m, according to the URA.
The hotel site, located at the centre of the CDB, is close to Marina Bay and Raffles Place.
The site also includes an architecturally significant Conservation Building, which was designed in the Neo-classical style.
URA said it will allow prospective tenderers to bid for the site on a 30- or 60- year lease period to give them greater flexibility. This will help them lessen upfront investment costs if necessary.
The Reserve List System states that a site would be released for sale only if it received a bid with an acceptable minimum price.
