Food lovers can now look forward to delectable delights from world-class chefs, as Marina Bay Sands sets the stage for world-class dining.
The integrated resort will have seven restaurants under one roof. Two are already open but more will follow including one restaurant by Australian chef Tetsuya Wakuda, who will introduce his own intimate dining that features a sake bar and even a caviar lounge.
Justin Quek will come back after being out of Singapore for six years when he left the renowned Les Amis Group.
The French-trained chef will establish the restaurant at the top of the SkyPark, at 57th floor above ground. "I’ve worked in Europe, understand the basic French technique and being Asian and love to eat as well, I can bind together both things – so my food is about balance and quality of product," he said.
