For the seventh consecutive year, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has been ranked as the world‘s top commercial property firm by National Real Estate Investor, a leading magazine for professional real estate investors.
CBRE manages over 2.5 billion sq ft of commercial property worldwide, a portfolio that is 850 million sq ft larger than the number two firm, which has 1.65 billion sq ft under management. CBRE Singapore manages several buildings, which include Chevron House, 16 Collyer Quay, TripleOne Somerset, 78 Shenton Way and 8 Shenton Way.
The company is the leading commercial property manager in the Asia Pacific, managing 800 million sq ft of commercial property, said Mr. Sam Cuccurullo, executive managing director for Asia Pacific Asset Services at CBRE.
“We have now created a global Asset Services Executive Committee and we are starting to create initiatives around strategic client accounts,” said Mr. Cuccurullo.
“Going forward one of our primary targets in Asia Pacific is regional clients and
premier buildings in major CBD locations.”
