A private preview of The Scala residential project is set to take place earlier than expected and its developer said the selling price of the new project will be unveiled during the event.
Developed by Hong Leong Holdings, the 99-year leasehold project is located in Serangoon Avenue 3 near the new NEX Mega Mall and is linked directly to Lorong Chuan MRT station by a covered linkway.
The five-block, 468-unit project comprises seven pavilions, each featuring a unique design that will provide a different interactive experience to residents. These include a Japanese-design pavilion that has a full sized teppanyaki hotplate and an Italian-design pavilion that comes with a fully functional wood-fired pizza oven.
Ms. Betsy Chng, head of sales and marketing at Hong Leong Holdings, said that, “on top of the usual facilities, we wanted to provide something different – an international experience at the doorstep.”
Units at The Scala range from one-room to four-rooms, and are between 474 sq ft and 2,142 sq ft.
The project is expected to obtain Temporary Occupation Permit in Q1 2014.
