Fourteen freehold strata shop units located on the second floor of Holland Road Shopping Centre have been offered for sale.
The units, which occupy a total floor area of 5,543 sq ft, have separate titles but will be sold jointly. Currently, all the units are being rented by various tenants and the tenancy period will expire in 2013.
According to property consultancy firm Colliers International, the indicative price ranges between S$28 million and S$29 million. This translates to around S$5,051 psf to S$5,231 psf.
Ms. Grace Ng, deputy managing director of Agency and Business Services at Colliers International, said the four-storey shopping centre benefits from nearly 100 percent occupancy rate and its retail spaces have always been in demand.
Ms. Ng added that the properties in the shopping centre are expected to experience rental and capital appreciation because of the forthcoming adjacent Holland Village MRT Station which is expected to be ready by 2011.
The tender for the properties will close on August 5.
