Thailand’s Beyond Villa, which was previously owned by California Fitness founder Eric Levine, was sold for US$24 million, according to several industry watchers who spoke to Property Report.
The property is located in Natai Beach in the southern Phang Nga province of Thailand, and was purchased by an unidentified Russian buyer.
It has been marketed internationally for several years, and was featured in global magazines and newspapers like The New York Times.
Situated in an ocean-front estate, Beyond Villa has one of the best home gyms in the world. It’s a four-bedroom villa and incorporates glass, granite and steel into its light-filled and uber-modern living design which was created by Hong Kong architect Branko Pahor.
The 6,500-sq-m estate also has a two-hole golf course, covered outdoor massage and dining areas, barbecue terrace and a 37-metre infinity swimming pool. Inside the Beyond Villa are notable amenities, including a 24-seat cinema, meditation room and a spa, hidden kitchen and a 500-sq-m master bedroom with its own private swimming pool.
The home gym, with more than 80 pieces of gym equipment, is located in a separate pavilion, and features a 750-sq-m games room complete with karaoke room and bowling alley.
