Property developer Leadon Assets Ltd has re-launched the THB10-billion (US$317.1 million) Millennium Residence @ Sukhumvit complex in Bangkok, according to sources.

The Millennium Residence, which sits on a 12-rai site and comprises four towers, is located on Sukhumvit Soi 20 in Bangkok. It is a joint venture project between a group of American, European and Thai investors.

Kanyarat Krisnathevin, managing director of asset and sales management company Credence, did not disclose the names of the investors, but said the Thai investor owns the majority of the project.

The Millennium Residence was first launched by MR Sukhumvit in 2006 with investment from City Development Limited. While towers A and B are still owned by MR Sukhumvit, Leadon Assets acquired towers C and D in March.

Currently, Leadon Assets has sold 20 percent of tower C and D at prices ranging from THB6.7 million (US$212,562) to THB90 million (US$2.85 million). Towers C and D comprises 150 and 152 units, respectively.
