Apartment units at Prime Avenue Baltimore Wharf in London will be launched for sale to Malaysian buyers during a preview in Kuala Lumpur this weekend, said international consultancy group Henry Butcher Malaysia, which is marketing the project.
Located in close proximity to the Canary Wharf financial district and many shopping malls, the project is being developed by Ballymore, which specialises in large-scale mixed-use developments.
To date, the development is 20 percent completed and is selling 52 completed apartment units. The units range from studio, one- and two-bedroom, as well as duplex units, with sizes ranging from 380 sq ft to 1,080 sq ft and prices between £240,000 and £1.1 million. Once completed, the whole development will comprise 473 units.
Henry Butcher Malaysia added that indicative rents for the units range from £285 to £650 a week.
