The judging process for Ensign Media’s first-ever South East Asia Property Awards (SEAPAs) 2011 has been completed, with the shortlist of winners in 28 categories, including Best Developer, Best Development and Green Development Awards.
Leong Chi Meng, Managing Director at CBRE South East Asia Global Investors and lead panel judge at the awards, scrutinised thousands of entries from across the region for several weeks and held discussions to decide on the shortlisted properties, under the supervision of BDO Advisory to ensure fairness, transparency and credibility of the Awards.
“The shortlist demonstrates how amazingly diverse and exciting real estate in Southeast Asia is right now,” said Terry Blackburn, CEO of Ensign Media, adding that the entries chosen are equivalent in quality to those found in the global industry and hope that the recognition will enhance the region’s real estate profile to an international level.
The shortlisted projects and companies will all receive either a Winner or Highly Commended recognition at the Gala Dinner, to be held at Singapore’s Fort Canning Hotel on 30 November.
