Far East Organization (FEO), yesterday unveiled its latest brand, Far East SOHO.
Set to redefine SOHO-style living in Singapore, Far East SOHO features a collection of modern SOHO apartments that will cater to the growing demand in Singapore.
“As pioneers of Singapore’s first SOHO developments, going to market with Singapore’s first dedicated SOHO brand was a natural step in positioning ourselves ahead of the market,” said Chia Boon Kuah, Chief Operating Officer, Property Sales and Executive Director of Far East.
In view of this, the developer will be holding an exclusive preview of the 231-unit The Scotts Tower next week.
The 103-year leasehold project is located along Scotts Road. Prices will start from about S$3,200 psf.
“The Far East SOHO brand platform provides the foundation for us to evolve the SOHO market and take our SOHO creations to new heights. We are proud to introduce a new era of SOHO-living, and an integrated lifestyle concept in Singapore where living, leisure, working and connectivity converge in one address,” Chia added.
FEO launched Singapore’s first SOHO development at Central in 2004. It was then followed by the successful launches of The Tennery at Upper Bukit Timah and The Cape at Amber Road.
