St. Regis Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of The St. Regis Tianjin, an impressive new landmark in Northern China.
“We look forward to offering our discerning guests access to the distinguished St. Regis legacy with the highest expression of personalisation, refined elegance and uncompromised guest experiences,” said Qian Jin, Senior Vice President of Operations of Starwood Hotels & Resorts (Greater China).
“The St. Regis Tianjin is destined to introduce a new and unparalleled standard of flawless service, classic sophistication and modern luxury into this rapidly growing city.”
Designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill, the 18-storey building is made of glass and steel in the shape of a hollowed cube that complements the concept of “Jin Men” or “Gateway”.

Each room is also equipped with flat-screen LCD televisions with multi-channel cable, high-speed wireless internet access, iPod docking stations with sound systems, double vanities, plush towels and robes, luxurious rainforest showers and exclusive Remede accessories.
Along with the personal St. Regis butler service, the 274-room hotel features various dining options, such as Riviera Restaurant, Promenade, Yan Ting and Decanter.
The St. Regis Tianjin is conveniently located near Tianjin Railway Station, Tianjin Binhai International Airport, Tianjin World Financial Center Tower and Historic Oriental Street.
