Laverne’s Loft, a five-storey, 44-unit residential development in District 15, will be launched this Friday.
Zhiwei Lin, a property specialist, said, “Laverne’s Loft will be attractive because of its low quantum and its location in the choice living district of Singapore, (which is) District 15.”
The project includes 36 one-bedroom units which feature spacious master bedrooms that can each accommodate a king-sized bed and is furnished with marble flooring and a digital lock set, said property consultant Valerie Tan, adding that this is a “rare” feature in a development.
She added that units at the project are cheaper than other subsale units in the Telok Kurau area.
Meanwhile, Ms. Lin expects the major selling point of the project to be its close proximity to Tao Nan School, which is less than one km away.
“Imagine the potential in value it will have in future, when (with) parents islandwide searching for a nearby home to put their children in this school,” she said.
Huttons Real Estate Group, which is marketing the property, said Laverne’s Loft is situated in a vibrant location wirg no HDB or high-rise residential development in sight. It is also surrounded by various amenities and popular eateries.
