Two condominium projects, The Peak at Cairnhill and Auralis at East Coast, are among the first condominium developments to be launched this month.
The Peak, which was launched on 2 May, is a 15-storey residential development which comprises 52 units. It is located near Orchard Road and considered the most affordable investment in prime district 9, at a starting price of S$1.365 million for a 527 sq ft one-bedroom unit. The project is situated near the Newton, Orchard and Somerset MRT stations.
Meanwhile, Auralis, which was previewed yesterday, is a five-storey, six-unit development near the Kembangan, Eunos and the future East Coast MRT stations. It is an attractive quantum project with a starting price of approximately S$600,000 for a 463 sq ft one-bedroom unit. Auralis also provides easy access to major expressways such as KPE, ECP, PIE and SLE.
In addition, other developments scheduled to launch this month include Hoi Hup’s Foresta at Mount Faber (11 May), NTUC ChoiceHomes’ and CEL Development’s Belysa Executive Condo (EC) at Pasir Ris, BS Tanjong Katong’s Interweave at Kim Keat (both 13 May) and MCL Land’s Terasse at Serangoon (21 May).
New condominium projects available for preview this May but with undetermined launch dates include Wing Tai Asia’s Foresque Residences at Petir, Viento at Lor Geylang and Oxley Module’s Vibes at East Coast.
