ONG&ONG Pte Ltd, a local multi-disciplinary design practice, has announced that four of its projects bagged various recognitions at the recently concluded 2011 Asia Pacific Property Awards.
The company won the Best Property (single unit) award in the Singapore and Asia Pacific categories for 55 Blair Road, a renovation and restoration project of a traditional art deco-style shophouse.
Meanwhile, the 108-room Quincy boutique hotel received the top award for Best Leisure Development in the Singapore and Asia Pacific categories.
In addition, the company’s Orchard Scotts and Studio M hotel won the Highly Commended Apartment award and the Highly Commended Hotel Architecture award respectively in the Singapore category.
