PropNex Realty has won two of the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011’s Highly Commended Awards.
“I am proud to announce that PropNex Realty won in both categories submitted for the International Property Awards: Real Estate Agency and Real Estate Agency Marketing,” noted Adam Tan, Corporate Communications Manager at PropNex.
This recognises PropNex as a symbol of excellence in the global property industry. Winning the awards is indisputable evidence that the company is capable of beating some exceedingly strong contenders within the highly competitive Singaporean and Asia Pacific property arenas.
“This is the first time that PropNex has ever entered into a competition on such a scale,” said Mr. Tan. “We are proud to have acquitted ourselves admirably with wins for both entries.”
He attributed the awards to the industry initiatives that the company has introduced since its establishment, from being the first to introduce quarterly conventions and dual career paths to constantly championing professional service standards within the industry.
“We must say that it is in no small part due to the efforts of our over 4,000 salespeople and the support of all our clients that we have won this award,” he said. “And for that, we would like to dedicate this prestigious award to our salespeople and customers who have placed their trust in us.”
With regards to the Real Estate Agency Marketing award, Mr. Tan stressed that it is the effort of PropNex’s marketing team which paved the way for this second win.
“The agency marketing efforts have been at the forefront of the local real estate industry for the past few years, leading to greater brand awareness of the PropNex brand amongst consumers,” said Mr. Tan, who is also the company’s Marketing Communications Manager.
“They have achieved this through concerted branding efforts across several media channels, firmly establishing PropNex Realty as the real estate agency that delivers Service You Trust.”
