Lettings agency Singapore Tenancy Management Group Ltd (STMG) was awarded the Best Lettings Agency for the Asia Pacific Region award and a five-star award in the Best Lettings Agency Singapore category at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011.

The event, which was held last month at Longemont Hotel Shanghai in China, is part of the long established International Property Awards. Its award winners’ logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry and receiving the awards proves that STMG is an outstanding performer within the highly competitive Asia Pacific property market.
Later this year, the highest scoring winners from the Asia Pacific Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Africa, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
