The luxury residential properties of Minor International, one of the largest hospitality and leisure companies in Thailand, clinched three prestigious awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.

The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok, which is destined to become one of the city’s defining silhouettes, garnered two coveted awards in two different categories — Development of Multiple Units in Thailand and Apartment in Thailand.

Meanwhile, The Residences at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai was included on the list of Top 20 Resort Properties by Property Report South East Asia Magazine, the region’s leading luxury property publication. The resort scored well in various criteria, including design, exclusive services, location, comfort and the range of resort facilities available to residents.

“We are delighted to receive this recognition from our peers in the industry,” said William E. Heinecke, founder of Minor International PCL.

“Our vision was to create extraordinary properties in the world’s most dynamic and beautiful areas, and it’s gratifying to be acknowledged and rewarded for our efforts.”
