IP Global to launch 75 Wall in S'pore

9 Jun 2011

IP Global has announced that it will launch 75 Wall, its first freehold property in New York, on 18 and 19 June in Singapore.

75 Wall defines world-class luxury living with a full-service lifestyle and an abundance of amenities. It comprises 149 luxury units across 24 floors, including studios, studio lofts and a choice of one- to three-bedroom units.

Completed in 2009, 75 Wall is strategically located in New York’s Wall Street. It is a mere two-minute walk from the subway and 10 minutes from Battery Park. The property is also near high-end retail stores and restaurants, including Tiffanys, Maison Du, Thomas Pink, Chocolat and Cipriani.

“75 Wall is a unique product, located on Wall Street, in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District, and one of the only few freehold residential buildings in the area,” said Tim Murphy, Chief Executive Officer of IP Global.

In addition, each resident will have access to integrated hotel services, including catering, 24-hour room service, valet laundry and housekeeping, as well as a full-time personal concierge.

Mr Murphy noted that apart from its stellar location, the project has a number of key selling points. “Firstly, 75 Wall is located above the five-star Hyatt Hotel so residents will benefit from the fantastic amenities of the hotel such as room service, housekeeping and access to the hotel facilities. This will have a positive impact on rental demand and will command a premium rent.”

Secondly, it is the only freehold residential building on Wall Street that “offers investors Zero Property Tax until 2018 (and following this, a 4-year build until 2022),” he added.
