Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd, one of the largest real estate developers in Hong Kong, revealed its latest project, Thomson Grand, at the Singapore Island Country Club yesterday.
Located in the Upper Thomson area, the project will be launched in July, once the sales office is completed.
With a total land area of 20,847.7 sq m, the 99-year leasehold Thomson Grand comprises nine high-rise towers with 339 apartments and 22 strata terrace units.
The project features a range of generously-sized unit types to meet the varying needs of home buyers: thirty percent are two-bedroom units (904 to 1,044 sq ft), while 47 percent are three-bedroom units (1,346 to 1,421 sq ft). The remaining 23 percent comprises four-bedroom units, penthouses, garden units and strata terrace houses.
Aside from MRT stations, Thomson Grand is situated near various expressways, such as the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), Central Expressway (CTE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE). It is also close to various shopping malls and institutions, including Thomson Plaza, Bishan Junction 8, Raffles Institution (Secondary and Junior College), St. Nicholas Girls’ School, Catholic High School and Ai Tong Primary School.
“We are confident that Thomson Grand will appeal to home owners and investors alike because of its good location and first-class amenities. The draw of Thomson Grand comes not just from its luxurious interior and finishings, but also its prestigious surroundings and neighbourhood,” said Ms. Cannas Ho, Sales Manager of Cheung Kong.
“Thomson Grand is indeed a very unique development that is enveloped in prestige, luxury and grandeur, both from the inside and out -just the way we envisioned it to be right from the onset when we first set our eyes on the land site.”
She added that units at Thomson Grand are “priced at S$1,400 psf and above” and that around 50 units will be allotted in the first phase.
