Keppel Land Limited announced that it has sold more than 70 percent of the 193 units put up for sale during the soft launch of its Riviera Point project in District 7 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The district’s tallest condominium development, it was jointly developed by Keppel Land Limited’s subsidiary, Elaenia Pte Ltd, and local real estate developer, Tan Truong Co Ltd.
Prices of the apartments start from VND 30,723,00 psm (US$1,460 psm).
Most of the buyers are locals, with the rest comprising overseas Vietnamese (Viet Kieus) and expatriates who are eligible to acquire the homes.

Located along the Ca Cam River, the integrated development is a 15-minute drive to District 1 and just five minutes from Phu My Hung via the Phu Thuan Bridge, as well as a short drive from the other districts via Phu My Bridge.
