The Residences at St. Regis Bangkok recently announced the appointment of Gerald Hanna as its new Director of Residences.
Launched in April 2011, the Residences will likely benefit from the broad five-star hotel experience that Hanna will bring.
“I’m excited to introduce the signature St. Regis brand of white-gloved service to Bangkok and Thailand,” he said.
“We welcome our residents to their new home, where the highest levels of service, style and luxury will become their everyday experience.”
The new director is expected to provide owners with St. Regis Hotels and Resorts’ trademark services. These include incomparable 24-hour butler services, five-star general management, and VIP reservations at the St. Regis’ restaurants, Elemis Spa, Jacuzzis, private swimming pool and lounge.
Prior to this position, Hanna served for three years as the Director of Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou. He also trained and worked at five-star hotels around the world, such as Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, the Hotel De Crillon in Paris and The Ritz-Carlton Cancun.
