The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has awarded the tender for a land parcel located at Pasir Ris Central / Pasir Ris Drive 1 to Singxpress Land (Pasir Ris) Pte Ltd and Kay Lim Holdings Pte Ltd.
Singxpress Land (Pasir Ris) Pte Ltd and Kay Lim Holdings Pte Ltd submitted the highest bid of S$123.88 million (S$3,023.64 psm) in a public tender that closed on 31 May 2011.
Zoned for public housing under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS), the site has a total area of 16,388.2 sq m and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 40,970.5 sq m. It is estimated to hold up to 410 housing units.
