Centaline Property Agency Limited has launched a Singapore branch, as it sees the potential of the country’s property market.

Aimed at bringing its all-rounded professional services to Singapore, Centaline opened its first branch at 2 Havelock Road. Its grand opening saw the attendance of numerous property agency professionals, bankers and developers, including Centaline Group Chairman Sherman Lai,  Executive Director Terrence Tong, Centaline Property Agency Limited Asia Pacific CEO Addy Wong and Centaline Singapore General Manager Clarence Chow.

“Singapore’s comprehensive economic plans, advanced medical and educational systems, in addition to the open immigration policy, are the factors attracting international capital investing Singapore properties,” said Chow.

“Centaline sets up business in Singapore with its extensive experience to offer professional agency services to the clients. In addition, Centaline Group provides Southeast Asia with a platform to seek investment opportunities for its clients throughout Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore.”

With the goal of launching up to 40 branches within five years, the group plans to open two more branches this year. The branches will be located in Districts 1, 4, 9 to 11 and 15, and will cater to the residential, commercial, industrial and retail sectors.
